Do you service systems another company installed?
Yes. We take over and service existing cameras, intercoms, access control, alarms and wiring, no matter who installed them, and upgrade old equipment when it makes sense.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. The site walkthrough and building assessment are free. We look at what you have and what you need, then send next steps.
How do I request a service call?
Use the service request form, call 718-705-8228, or message us on WhatsApp or by text at 347-538-8306. Include the building address and access details so the tech can get in.
Can you upgrade an old building intercom without rewiring?
Often, yes. Many older buildings can move to a new touchscreen intercom with no need to redo the wiring, and tenants can take video calls from the door on the Akuvox app and open the door from their phone.
